Four different categories that you can select from:
* High-intensity interval training or HIIT - information about how you can create your workouts plus a 12-week HIIT plan (3x per week) that includes exercise modes like running, cycling, and battling ropes.
* High-intensity resistance training or HIRT - information about HIRT plus a 12-week workout plan. Using this approach, it is now possible for you to gain muscle mass in a fraction of the time required using “standard” resistance training (20 min or less). You can now use movements like deadlifts, bench press, chins, etc., to produce significant results.
*High-intensity power training or HIPT - HIPT is a method focusing on challenging and developing the ATP-PC system, the energy system responsible for short-term bursts of effort. These workouts make the ATP-PC system much more efficient. This will improve a person’s ability to perform maximal efforts repeatedly and increase their ability to sustain exercise at a very high intensity for a more extended period of time — all of which the word “power” implies.
*High-intensity concurrent training (or HICT) and High-intensity functional training or HIFT - if you can only work out 2-3 times per week, you might need to combine methods for optimal results. Information about combing resistance training and HIIT into a workout plus a 12-week workout plan.

The download of HIIT University is free of charge. There is no free trial. Should you use HIIT University app, we offer one of the following options:
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after the trial period and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. One Time Payments will only be charged one time initially.
